Basic Freediver Course
Product Details
In this introductory course, you learn the basics of freediving and discover your natural freediving ability. Absolutely a great starting point for anyone — first timers or people who are already comfortable in the water! Regardless, we work with divers at their level. This course is tailored to suit you.
With our help you will be able to dive deeper than you thought was possible and stay underwater longer that you could have imagined. The best part is it will all feel easy.

The course will begin with independent study online, followed by a theory session with an instructor, covering these topics:- Basics of freediving physics
- Freediving physiology
- How to breathe for freediving
- Safety and rescue procedures
- Physical skills and relaxation techniques
- Equalization techniques
- How to train so you can keep improving as a diver
PASSING REQUIREMENTS

COURSE FEE

**For a booking to qualify as a ‘group booking’, the group must enroll in one booking and must have the same certification course dates.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Course completion is valid for one year.
- Course completion is subject to training fee.
- International freediving certificate will be issued when course is completed.
- Downpayment of ₱ 4,000 per enrollee is required to sign up.
- Payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- You will be required to pay the balance owing for your course on your certification date.
- Accommodation, facility fee, food, gears, and transportation is not included in this fee.
